Meet Pat Eardley
Rooted Entrepreneur was created because too many Christian women are building strong, successful businesses while feeling spiritually disconnected and unsupported. This community is about doing business God's way—grounded, wise, and together.
As a Christian woman and entrepreneur for over 16 years, I've personally felt the loneliness that can come from not having like-minded women to walk alongside you. I've joined several faith-based business groups over the years, hoping to find that space, but each one missed the mark.
Over time, I felt a clear pull to create something different—something I prayed would truly meet the needs of women who love God and are serious about their businesses. I'm building Rooted Entrepreneur with faith, humility, and obedience, trusting that God is directing each step.
